Is there an age restriction for attendance?

The recommended age for attendance is 16 and over. Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and have a full-price ticket.

What is included in each ticket category?

Tickets in all categories except VIP include admission and access to watch the fight from the designated area. A VIP ticket includes access to an area close to the ring, along with a selection of food and beverages throughout the fight.

Do children need a ticket?

Yes. Every attendee, including those under 16, must have their own ticket. Full ticket prices apply to attendees under 16.

Where can I buy a ticket?

Tickets can be purchased online at Vivere.al. Select your preferred category and follow the payment steps to complete your order.

How will I receive my ticket?

Once your purchase is complete, your ticket will be sent to the email address entered during checkout. Please also check your Spam/Junk folder if you cannot find it in your inbox.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can show the ticket and its QR code on your phone at the entrance. Please make sure the QR code is clear and readable.

What should I do if I have not received my ticket by email?

Check your Spam/Junk folder and make sure you are checking the email address used for the purchase. If you still cannot find your ticket, contact the Vivere team with your name, email address and order reference number.

Can I enter with a photo or screenshot of my ticket?

You must present a valid, readable QR code at the entrance. Save your ticket on your phone so it is ready for scanning.

Can the same ticket be used by more than one person?

No. Each ticket has a unique QR code and can be used only once for entry.

Can I change my ticket category after purchasing?

To request a category change, contact the Vivere team with your order reference number. Changes depend on availability and the terms set for the event.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

If you cannot attend, contact the Vivere team to check whether someone else can use your ticket. The ticket holder must present the valid QR code at the entrance.

What happens if the event is postponed or cancelled?

If the event is postponed or cancelled, information about a new date or next steps will be shared through the event’s and Vivere’s official channels. Refunds are not available for postponed events. If the event is cancelled, the refund process depends on the organiser and may take several weeks to several months. To start a refund request, contact the Vivere team.

What is not allowed inside the venue?

Weapons, sharp objects, large professional cameras, alcoholic beverages, prohibited substances, large backpacks, aerosols and perfumes are not allowed. Security checks will be carried out at the entrance, and prohibited items will be confiscated. The security team may also prohibit any other item it considers suspicious. Anyone deemed to pose a security risk will be denied entry, even with a valid ticket, without a refund.

Are photos and videos allowed during the fight?

Photos and videos for personal use are allowed only if they do not disturb other attendees or conflict with staff instructions. Large professional cameras are not allowed inside the venue.
