The purchase of a ticket grants the holder the right to attend the event described on the ticket, provided that they accept and comply with the venue’s terms and regulations. Entering the event premises constitutes unconditional acceptance of the stated terms. The ticket must include the holder’s personal information: full name, valid email address, and phone number. This information is mandatory, must be accurate, and will be used to verify the holder at the entrance or in case of event cancellation for ticket refund purposes. By purchasing the ticket, the holder authorizes the organizing company and the ticketing provider, Vivere Ticketing, to use their personal data for these purposes. Additionally, they authorize event organizers and Vivere Ticketing to use their data to communicate via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels, including post-event notifications about other artistic, sports, and cultural shows, with no restrictions.

The ticket is valid for a single entry/use and is considered functional only if purchased from official sales points. Exchange, resale, or any other commercial transaction outside the authorized channels is prohibited. Tickets purchased for business activities, trade, promotions, giveaways, or any other activities without the organizer’s approval will be canceled, and the entity conducting such transactions will be penalized 100 times the ticket price. All attendees must keep their ticket receipt until the end of the event.

The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, those carrying bottles or dangerous and flammable objects, even if they possess a valid ticket. The transportation and use of audiovisual recording devices within the event venue (for filming, photographing, or recording any part of the event) is also strictly prohibited. Ticket holders must comply with security screenings of personal belongings (bags, folders, and heavy objects) at the entrance and throughout their stay at the event. Organizers reserve the right to film and photograph during the event. By purchasing a ticket, attendees automatically consent to being filmed or photographed, including any minors they accompany.

The organizers assume no responsibility for potential disputes between attendees, damages, or the loss of personal belongings during the event. Additionally, the organizing company does not replace lost or stolen tickets.

Attendees must follow security personnel instructions and comply with guidelines from event representatives. For safety reasons, crowd surfing (jumping into the crowd to be carried hand-to-hand) is strictly prohibited.

In case of event postponement due to force majeure, pandemic, changes in artist/group schedule for personal or health reasons, government orders for public safety, or any other unlisted organizational obstacle, the organizing company reserves the right to change the date, time, and venue of the event, notifying the public via mass communication channels. In such cases, tickets remain valid as issued and are non-refundable. The organizers also reserve the right to modify the event program.

If the event is permanently canceled, ticket holders may return their tickets within a designated period at official locations, as announced through public communications. Ticket holders acknowledge that the organizers are not obligated to compensate for any expenses beyond the ticket’s value resulting from event cancellation.

If the event is interrupted or canceled due to force majeure at least twenty (20) minutes after it has started, the event is considered fully delivered and will not be rescheduled. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

The cancellation of a musical group or artist does not affect the overall execution of the event.

Possessing a ticket does not entitle the holder to any additional services beyond those explicitly stated. Food and beverages are available for purchase but are optional.

Event sequences may be filmed or recorded. Attendees appearing in such footage waive any claims against the production company or event organizers.

Entry is allowed for minors under 18 years old, provided they are accompanied by a parent or close relative. In all cases, the minor must have a full-price ticket.
