FAQs
Do I need to register to enter the event?
No, no additional registration is required. To enter the event, your online-purchased ticket is sufficient. In special cases, staff may request an identification document.
When should I arrive at the event?
We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time to avoid delays and queues at the entrance.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not necessary. You can present your ticket on your phone (screenshot, PDF, or email).
Please proceed to the entrance corresponding to your ticket zone for electronic scanning.
What happens during check-in?
During check-in, staff will scan your ticket at the designated entrance.
Please have your ticket open and ready on your phone. Only guests with a valid ticket will be allowed to enter.
How are the zones organized at the Palace of Congresses?
Zone A is located on the ground floor and has direct access from the main lobby.
Zones B, C, D1, D2, and D3 are located on the upper floor.
Please check the zone indicated on your ticket and follow the venue signage.
Check-in staff will be available to assist you with orientation.
Are children allowed to attend?
Yes, the show is designed for all ages.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
All attendees, including children, must have an individual ticket.
Is there an age restriction for attendance?
No, there are no age restrictions. The show is a family-friendly experience, suitable for both children and adults.
Can I bring food or drinks with me?
No, outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Inside the venue, you will find designated points for purchasing refreshments and snacks.
Are there any prohibited items?
Yes. For your safety and the safety of others, the following items are prohibited:
Bags larger than A4 size
Outside food and beverages
Alcohol, cigarettes, and illegal substances
Perfumes, sprays, fireworks
Weapons, sharp, or dangerous objects
Professional cameras, recording equipment, drone
All attendees will be subject to a security check.
Any prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be returned.
Can entry be denied even if I have a valid ticket?
Yes. The organizer and security staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who:
Does not meet age requirements
Is under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances
Possesses prohibited items
Displays aggressive, suspicious, or inappropriate behavior
In such cases, the ticket is non-refundable.
Can I leave the event and re-enter later?
Yes, re-entry is permitted.
Please use the designated gates and keep your ticket with you at all times.
What security measures will be in place during the event?
Security screening for all attendees at the entrance
Security and support staff throughout the entire venue
Assistance and guidance during the entire duration of the show
Is parking available near the Palace of Congresses?
Yes. The underground parking facility “Sheshi Italia” is located just a few minutes’ walk away and operates 24 hours a day.
