FAQs
What time should I arrive at the concert?
We recommend arriving 1 hour early, as coming early helps you avoid delays and long lines.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, it is not necessary. It is enough to have your ticket saved on your phone (screenshot, PDF, or email). Proceed to the check-in zone according to your ticket.
What happens during check-in?
Before entering, your ticket will be checked by the staff at the respective entrance. Please have it open and ready on your phone. Only valid ticket holders will be allowed entry.
How are the zones organized inside the Palace of Congresses and where are they located?
All Zone A seats are located on the ground floor (first floor) of the Palace of Congresses with direct entrance from the main hall.Zones B, C, D1, D2, and D3 are located on the upper floor of the building. Please check your ticket and follow the signage inside to reach your designated zone. The check-in staff will assist you at the entrance and with orientation.
Do children need a ticket?
Yes. The show is designed for all ages, so every attendee must have their own individual ticket.
Can I bring food or drinks with me?
No, outside food and drinks are not allowed. There will be designated areas inside where you can purchase refreshments and snacks.
Are there any age restrictions for attending?
No, there are no age restrictions to attend the show. It’s an experience designed for everyone, from young children to adults. The important thing is that all attendees must have a ticket and follow the safety rules.
Are there prohibited items that cannot be brought in?
Yes, for your safety and that of others, the following are not allowed:
• Bags larger than A4 size
• Food or drinks from outside
• Alcohol, narcotics, perfumes, sprays
• Weapons, sharp or dangerous objects
• Professional cameras, recording equipment, dronesAll attendees will undergo security screening. Any prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be returned.
Can I be refused entry even if I have a ticket?
Yes. The organizer and security staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee from the concert who:
• Does not meet the age criteria
• Is under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances
• Possesses prohibited items
• Exhibits suspicious, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior

Can I leave the concert and return later?
Yes, re-entry is allowed.This can be done through designated exit-entry gates. Always keep your ticket with you and follow the instructions of the check-in staff.
What security measures will be in place during the event?
