Is there any age restriction for attendance?
The recommended age for participation is 18+ years old.
What is included in the ticket price for each ticket category?
In the ticket price for GENERAL ADMISSION category is included only the ticket to access the event.
In the ticket price for STANDING VIP LEFT & RIGHT are included two drinks and access to the VIP area, without seats.
In the ticket price for STANDING BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE are included three drinks and access behind the DJ booth, without seats.
Do I need to have a printed ticket?
No, the ticket is valid electronically. Upon entry, the unique QR code of each ticket will be scanned. The QR code is the most important element of your ticket, so please make sure it is not shared or redistributed, as it is valid for one scan only.
What is not allowed at the concert?
Sharp objects and weapons, unauthorized large professional cameras, unauthorized drones, alcohol and prohibited substances, large backpacks, aerosols, and perfumes are not permitted inside the venue. Strict security checks will be carried out at the entrance, and any prohibited items will be confiscated. The security team reserves the right to prohibit any suspicious item from being brought into the venue. Any person deemed to pose a security risk will be denied entry, even if they hold a valid ticket, and will not be entitled to a refund.
