How can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased exclusively online through the Vivere Ticketing platform, which provides fast, secure, and transparent access.
After purchase, your ticket will come with a QR code that you can save on your phone.
Do I need to register to enter the event?
No, no additional registration is required.
You only need your purchased ticket and an ID document if requested.
What time do the stadium doors open?
Doors open at 18:30. We recommend arriving early to avoid queues and enjoy the pre-concert atmosphere.
Do I need to print my ticket?
It’s not necessary. You can have it saved on your phone (screenshot, PDF, or email).
Go to the entrance corresponding to your ticket zone.
What happens during check-in?
Dedicated staff will scan your ticket at the entrance.
Please have it ready on your phone for a faster process.
Only valid ticket holders will be allowed entry.
Are the identification wristbands mandatory during the concert?
It is mandatory to keep and return the identification wristbands provided at the entrance.
They must be handed back at the exit after the concert, where our staff will assist you with this process.
Are children allowed to attend?
Yes, the event is open to all ages, with the following rules:
Children under 10 years old are not allowed.
Minors aged 10–17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
ID may be requested at the entrance for verification.
Can I bring food or drinks?
No. Outside food and drinks are prohibited. Inside the stadium, there will be dedicated points to purchase refreshments and snacks.
Are there any items that are not allowed?
Yes, for your safety the following are prohibited:
Bags larger than A4 size
Food, drinks, alcohol, or narcotics
Weapons, sharp or dangerous objects
Perfumes, sprays, fireworks
Professional cameras, recording devices, and drones
Can entry be denied even if I have a ticket?
Yes. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant who:
Does not meet the age requirements
Is under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances
Carries prohibited items
Behaves aggressively or inappropriately
In these cases, tickets will not be refunded.
Can I leave the concert and return later?
Yes, re-entry is allowed. You will receive an identification wristband which, together with your ticket, will allow you to return through designated gates.
What security measures will be in place?
All attendees will go through security checks at the entrance. Security staff and event personnel will be positioned throughout the stadium to guide and assist attendees.
