Who can attend the event?

All individuals aged 17 and above may attend freely. Attendees under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult to gain entry to the event.

Is it mandatory to wear a wristband?

Yes. Your ticket will be scanned at the venue and exchanged for a personal digital wristband. This wristband acts as your entry pass and must be worn at all times throughout the event. If it's lost, removed, damaged, or tampered with, re-entry will not be allowed.

Why do you ask for age when buying tickets?

While there are no strict entry restrictions (aside from minors needing adult accompaniment), age is necessary to enforce alcohol laws. Wristbands will reflect whether an attendee is legally permitted to consume alcohol. This helps staff and vendors easily identify minors and prevent underage drinking.

Can I remove or share my wristband?

No. Wristbands are non-transferable and tamper-sensitive. Removing or giving your wristband to someone else is strictly prohibited and may lead to removal from the venue without a refund.

Can I exit and re-enter the festival?

Re-entry is only allowed if your wristband is fully intact and not damaged. Entry will be denied if the wristband appears tampered with or is missing.

Can I bring food or drinks into the venue?

No. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the event area. Vendors will be available on site to provide refreshments.

Are professional cameras or recording devices allowed?

No. The use of professional video, photo, or audio equipment is strictly prohibited. Bags may be searched at entry to enforce this rule.

Are pets allowed?

No pets or animals are allowed, except for guide dogs as permitted by law.

What happens in case of bad weather or artist cancellation?

The festival may proceed in rain or shine. If an artist cancels or is replaced, no refund will be provided unless it is directly the fault of the Organizer. If the event is canceled entirely and not rescheduled within 365 days, refunds will be issued during a specified period.

What if the festival ends early due to force majeure?

If the event is interrupted after 35 minutes due to extreme circumstances (like weather or emergencies), it is considered completed. In this case, no refunds will be issued.

Can I resell or transfer my ticket?

No. Resale, exchange, or trading of tickets is strictly prohibited. Only the first person presenting a valid ticket will be granted access.

Can minors drink alcohol at the event?

Absolutely not. Minors are strictly forbidden from consuming alcohol, in full accordance with Greek law. Wristbands will visibly indicate underage attendees, and vendors are required to enforce this.

Are photos or videos taken of attendees during the event?

Yes. CCTV cameras will be in operation throughout the venue for public safety. Additionally, by entering the event, you agree to being photographed or filmed by professional crews for promotional use.
