The Plisi & Xhubleta Hall is part of the Arka Art Hotel event venues located in Kodra e Diellit 2 Residence. To arrive, follow the directional signs to 'Arka Art Hotel Entrance 2'. To help you, we have provided the following steps:
1. At the roundabout of 'Kodra e Diellit' Residence, turn right onto Rruga e Dashurisë (Love Street)
